This project reimagines one floor of a 30+-year-old civic building as part of a seven-floor CMDA renovation, transforming an institutional 1970s office into a modern, efficient and dignified workplace that serves thousands of employees while respecting governmental order and protocols.

Design Concept - Respectful modernization anchored by a neutral, non-intimidating palette that supports large, diverse user groups.Durable, low-maintenance finishes and resilient surface materials were selected for high-traffic areas. New-age HVAC, upgraded IT infrastructure, enhanced fire-safety and access-control systems improve comfort, air quality, and long-term maintainability. Improved daylighting targeted acoustic treatments enhance comfort, productivity and user orientation. Together, these measures deliver a contemporary civic workplace , improves employee experience and preserves institutional clarity.
