This renovation project in Chennai involved a complete transformation of an aging villa—revitalizing both its exterior and interiors to reflect a more modern, refined identity. The outdated façade was redesigned with clean lines and a contemporary material palette, giving the home a fresh architectural character while respecting its original form.

Inside, the spaces were reimagined to mirror the client’s rich and distinctive personal style. Luxurious textures, warm tones, and bespoke detailing define the interiors, creating a sophisticated yet comfortable environment.

A standout feature of the project is the sculptural staircase, designed with a custom laser-cut fiberglass hand rail in an organic pattern. Acting as both a functional and artistic centerpiece, it captures the spirit of the home’s transformation—bold, expressive, and timeless.
